This year's event promises to be an exciting one! It will be held at 200 Peachtree, formerly Macy's department store in downtown Atlanta. This is one of Atlanta's newest premiere event venues. Come check out their 14-foot crystal chandeliers that have been relocated from Macy's flagship store in New York City.
New to this year's auction is BidPal, an electronic personal handheld device on which all Silent Auction bidding will take place. No more standing in line or hovering around that coveted item! Bid from anywhere in the venue, and BidPal will tell you when you've been outbid. You will be able to create a watch list of your favorite things, see items with the most bids and instantly view items with no bids.
The entertainment will make it a night to remember. Dance the night away to Party Nation. This 8-piece band performs like no other and will be sure to get you on the dance floor!
Once the event concludes, continue enjoying your night away from the kids. The Walker School has a preferred rate at the Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta, directly across the street from 200 Peachtree. We also have a special rate at the Westin Peachtree Plaza, which connects to the venue.
The evening begins with cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and the Silent Auction. From there, we'll have a dinner reception catered by The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta and the Live Auction. The night concludes with dancing and entertainment by Party Nation. Timeline is as follows:
6:00 - 8:00 pm: Cocktail Reception & Silent Auction
8:00 - 10:00 pm: Dinner Reception* & Live Auction
10:00 - midnight: Dancing & Entertainment with Party Nation
